• All free estimates provided via this website or by phone are subject to an on-site inspection for accuracy.

• All services are performed by licensed and insured professionals in accordance with Florida building codes.

3. Payments & Financing

• A deposit may be required to schedule work, with the balance due upon completion.
• Payment methods accepted: Cash, Check, Credit/Debit Cards, and Financing (where applicable).
• Late payments may incur fees as outlined in your signed contract.

4. Warranties

• Manufacturer warranties apply to materials, subject to their terms.
• Workmanship warranties are provided in writing with your contract.
• Warranties may be voided by unauthorized repairs, neglect, or severe weather damage.

5. Liability & Insurance

• All Season Roofing carries general liability and worker’s compensation insurance.
• Property owners are responsible for securing personal belongings before work begins.
• We are not liable for pre-existing structural issues uncovered during the project.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice for scheduled estimates or repairs.
• Weather delays may necessitate rescheduling without penalty.
